Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki left the Oakland round of Monster Energy Supercross a little worse for wear, but there’s nothing like a little hardship to serve as extra motivation to dominate in the coming weeks.
The Monster Energy Supercross Series visited the City of Angels last weekend, and TransWorld Motocross was on hand to bring a little bit of the action in the pits to you.
Mitch Payton Of Pro Circuit
If American motocross and supercross published a dictionary, Pro Circuit’s Mitch Payton would have to write the forward. His name, as well as Pro Circuit, would be highlighted with a list of synonyms including: Successful, Winning, Victorious, Dominant, Conquering, Vicious, Fierce, Ferocious, Tenacious, and Unmatched, to name just a few. The man grew up as a racer and despite hitting a major life-changing roadblock, he never gave in and went on to create an empire that will withstand the test of time and forever brand his name and PC into the history of motocross. PC started to gain recognition in the mid-80s and then in 1991 gobsmacked the industry by launching the most successful 125cc/250F team in history. Also known for his crazy antics off the track, the king of the 250 class can even let loose at the track, especially when he sweeps all three podium spots at a National.
